Diabetes can be prevented!  The National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP), which is a free 16-week program to all BIW employees and their spouses, can help you reduce your risk and live a longer, healthier life.

Interested employees or spouses should contact the Fit for Life office for more information about the DPP program, such as the qualifications for the class or when and where new classes are forming.
